So on the last raid I went, the area had only three rooms and no boss/commander/etc to kill. So I had to go back home and fail the mission even though there was no possibly way to complete it.
That's the [annoying but oh well] bug.
The gripe is that these failures from [understandable] bugs result in me having mission failures recorded against my character, which in turn I believe effects what kind of missions he gets in the future. Not like I have tons of mission failures, but of the few I have are all from situations like these (things not spawning, guard duty counter not counting, etc).
Not that I think these few mission losses are going to ruin my guy's reputation as the best Trooper in the universe, but I'd like the failures on his list be for reasons like my own character just mucking up. Is it possible that mission failures due to bugs can get cleared from Trooper records?

Another mission bug!
I asked the woman for a new mission, she said they were all out. I tried asking again, I was told that i was already on a mission and to talk to Commander Z. I try to talk to commander Z, GM bug alert alarms went off.
