Mercenary Combat Maneuvers

This something I have wondered about for a little while now. I have tried searching on the boards for some of the information about mercenary combat maneuvers. I believe there is two listed on the Merc Boards.

Lunge - used to attacked a stunned or downed opponent
Cleave - attack multiple (two?) opponents with a two-handled weapon in melee range.

Though I am not entirely sure if these are merc only or what not. So I guess my two questions revolve around are these merc only, and am I missing any?

On a side note....

Since there is a cleave for slashing, piercing, bashing, etc, Can there be an attack like this for ranged weapons (Marksmen, pulse, archery, & Thrown) such as like Barrage? Thought I would ask...
