The case system for bureaucrats is now live Very Happy So I wanted to give you all a heads up on how it works.

First thing you'll need to do is buy a case. The Clerk in the courthouse has them there for sale. Next you need to study your case to prepare for the hearing. Then your ready to see the Arbitrator.

You have three opitions available to try and win your case...you can either argue, persuade or intimidate the Arbitrator. I'll let you all try it and see what happens from there. If you have an organizer, the decision will get tallied. You don't need an organizer to try cases, but nothing will record your case record either.

Please post any questions, comments or suggestions.

Enjoy!

Uhm... Are we supposed to get paid for winning cases?

Before: You're not carrying any cash, and you have $476 in credits on deposit.

Winning: The Arbitrator says, "You have proven your case beyond a reasonable doubt and successfully defended your client," as she slams her gavel down and takes the case folder from you.

You do not have an organizer to keep your permanent records. If you wish to keep track of your personal court records, you must be holding or wearing an appropriate organizer.

After: You're not carrying any cash, and you have $476 in credits on deposit.

Eventually there will be a way to file a suit against someone, but most likely it will not be addressed until the new engine, or at least until the more of the justice system is in place.

And yes, cases should pay you. I know that they weren't working earlier, but that should be fixed now. Very Happy

Organizers are on the clerks desk.

Suggestion, how about a way to tell what method would work best on the judge? Make it based off a skill or a mix of skills average.

Look arbitrator
>She seems to be in a pleasant mood.

Look arbitrator
>She seems to be slightly irriatated. Best not try any funny stuff.

Look arbitrator
>She seems to be a bit skittish.

Also can we train law now? Maybe with the clerk?

Especially since you came down to watch my bureaucrat, Arai, right after I posted it.
