Okay, I'm looking to better understand the bonus system for artisans.
It seems they apply to the skills of craftsmanship, repair, tailoring, painting, sculpting and drawing.
I just want to verify that the bonusus show up at varying skill levels for the different categories. And if so is there information out there as to when, or is that something we must discover.

Yep, some of your skills receive a 10% bonus, some 15% and some 20%, so the amount of skill needed before you get a 1 point increase will be 10, 7 and 5 respectively in those skills.
