Is squard bonus live?
I tried joining with another trooper, and neither of us saw any difference in skills.
Is it based on a stat I don't have, are our skills simply too low to see the bonus, or are we just not doing something right?

Ya, there's this annoying bug with the boards that marks everything as read occasionally, I'm not quite sure what sets it off though.
