Twisted Evil It's going to be fun being an Agent and using the paired weapon capabilities right from the start. Hide (and stalk?) -> Engage -> Wack away at the critter with fury, foam forming at the mouth while you bay like a cow.

You only think I'm joking.

PS: Thank you for making Dual Wield possible without requiring a skill to be trained. Unless, of course, you implemented said skill without telling us; in which case, you are a very evil man, Rich Mondy. Confused

<g> No skill for dual. However, the RT for the off hand weapon is mostly based on coordination so you'll want to train that, but you want that for most weapons anyway.

BTW, hide is in but stalk is not, neither is any form of attack bonus from attacking from hiding at this time. Solphan may or may not mess around with stalking in the test phase, don't know.

And since you mentioned it, the engagement system will probably not be live immediately because Cyril has been working on a new and very unique ES (did I say unique?) and we're still debugging it. I had an older, plain ES in, but removed it so that I can easily toss his stuff in when it is ready.

The ES -may- be in when we open the test, but I'm not assuming so right now. However, I think the engage, retreat, assess, etc verbs are in, you just don't have to use them for anything, and in fact you might very well find yourself in one of the bugs I mentioned until it's released. ;D

Judging by that, it looks like you can't have more than eight critters/people/drug-addicts at melee with you. At least massive swarms of thirty insectoids will be somewhat under control with that. Of course, those thirty insectoids might have a ranged attack to aid them in such a situation.. in which case, you are surely one screwed duck.

Will hiding/stalking be taken into account for this, though? It'd be nice if the player could tell what all is in the room with it -- and just what he's advancing on compared to what's attacking his hunting buddy -- but noone else should see him on their little.. ehm.. radar, as Dragoon put it.. unless they've got the Uber-Perception going for them.
