With that mentioned, I'd like to announce to everyone that we're opening up the Out of Character (OOC) area of the game for those of you that would like to come in and get a sortof sneak preview on what the game itself will be like. There's not any combat, or ways to earn money, or experience there, but the socials are all online, and it'll provide a place for you to get to know your fellow players before the real fun begins.

Haelrahv supports the Wizard FE for those of those that use it; we also support the use of any generic telent client, and directions for connecting are on that page as well.

Just FYI, since areas that support hunting and crafting systems will not be publically accessible until March 29, we've placed a few similar things in the OOC area that will remain there only until the game opens for Alpha, at which time they will forever vanish from this area and go into use in-game.
Occasionally we add new toys and devices here to showcase some of the things that we've done, so keep wandering about and looking for anything....out of the ordinary.

We'd like to clear up some misconceptions....
The area open to players is an Out-Of-Character (hence, OOC) location. This means that most every system (combat, crafting, and pretty much everything else you find In-Game) simply doesn't work. Additionally, all stats and skills are regarded as 0's (because you aren't In Character).
Also, all the fun items only last as long as the pre-Alpha. The supplies (and related objects that have been passed on to your persons) will be removed when Haelrahv actually opens.
We're sorry if any of this comes as a shock. |
