i'm talking about hiding in plain sight. i've "snuck" up on people while walking right toward them through a crowd in their line of sight on a sunny afternoon.
and a bump doesn't have to be a big or noticeable bump. it's meant more as a normal subtle thing.

Well, born and raised in Detroit probably has me paranoid, cause if someone even brushes past me I'm on full alert. Either way, it's a suggestion which I believe has logic behind it. It's up to Trevor though to decide if he wants to implement and I trust his opinion on what would make the game better more than mine. It would just be nice to see some different messaging for hiding.

that said, how far back in the back burner is making stealing difficulty/amount gained scale with critter difficulty?
(insert suggestion here that agents - any maybe trackers? - gain the ability to steal commods off certain mobs instead of cash/credits. "hey i found some diamonds!")

I don't think this was really answered, but does or will embrace shadows help with stealing?
Also, is there bigger plans for stealing other than just cash?

yes it gives a +20 stealing boost. check your stealing skill [while hiding] to see the embrace bonus in action.

i think we have to wait for justice to be ready for shoplifting and etc etc etc to be considered.
