While hunting does and bucks, and recently ikefa and hushoguj, I've noticed these monsters don't hit me.
It's not because I'm parrying them (While, that's the case with the does), or evading them (I'm currently backtraining evasion, it's only at 11 soon to be 17) but they rarely, if ever, attack.
Does attempt to hit me once maybe every minute or so...And I know they're a good aligned creature and non-aggressive, but I'm shooting it...I think it should defend itself a bit more frequently. Bucks will get enraged at me...and engage me to melee but they pretty much just stand there and let me beat up on their women. Not very gentlemanly is it? Seriously, I stood at melee with a buck for like 10 minutes. I had enough time to master at least 1 esper per character in FF6 before I decided to kill it.
Hushoguj, I'm not sure if they attack yet or not, I can usually kill them in 3-4 dual-handgun shots, but that's all at melee...It should be attacking me atleast 2-3 times during my 4 shots, especially factoring in aiming rt, aim time period, and shooting rt.
I only killed 1 ikefa, but that took about 5 shots, 3 of which were at melee, not one attack.
I don't really see how this can be intentional as I'm pretty sure Ikefa and Hoaweisho bucks are above my hunting level, and should be hitting me.
And I rather like challenges when I hunt...Seriously, I haven't been hit by anything for 3-4 promotions (Not factoring in trevor's bitchslap of doom.) _________________ Victim: Well, what is the creed?

This is due to a problem with some of their attacks which Randall is actually looking into. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

I knew Randall was looking into the does/bucks...I didn't want to disturb him further, so I figured I would post here and bring it to attention that it was a tad larger than bucks/does. _________________ Victim: Well, what is the creed?

All critter attacks of this nature are fixed. Not only on bucks. |
