I've been getting +4 in my whole two spellsongs I use since I could learn them. Is there any point to continue to train things like singing past the 200 level mark? I think I might be wasting my skill points by continuing to butch up my singing even though I have the same skill boost I did at 75 ranks as I do at 202.

Also, does it continue to extend the length of a spellsong? I honestly haven't noticed. I used my mender's verse and my cook's ditty only when doing specific tasks that don't take much time.

do you not train charisma or something because i do a lot better than +4 with yaru's songs.

and yes more skill = longer time.

but if you don't train charisma you're not getting the most out of your spellsongs, which i think you notice.

The bonus equation used by spellsongs is the same for both Performers and non-Performers. By my math using your stat and skill figures, you should (and likely are) getting more than +4 from the Mender's Verse. If the numbers seem small for the Cook's Ditty, however, it's because I implemented that spellsong deliberately less powerful than most of the others; it will take more power accordingly to get better numbers out of it.

To get a full set of cybergear, you need some massive charisma. It's higher than even my strength or mentality.
