Beast can no longer follow me. Is this because I'm too hard to find for him to follow me? Anyway to make the owner technician able to be found?

Maybe there could be a SET verb so that you can either try to avoid locates and droids....or allow them to find you.

I've passed this on to Drake. I don't know if it's intended or not.

The problems was taken care of, but the 'avoid' or 'set' would still be nice. ^.^

Eh. An avoid for locates? Seriously? That's crazy.

Why? You either actively try to avoid them...as usual. Or you make yourself more susceptable to be located. For instance, if I plan on hunting in a dangerous area, I want to make sure I can be located easily by either magical or electronic means.

The problem has already been fixed.

And, instead of calling it an "avoid".. wouldn't it be an "allow"?

Yeah, but the verb is AVOID....I was going on that since it's already in place.

I don't see how you'd be able to make yourself more easy to be located (through magical means). Unless, of course, you'd drop all of your mental resistance.

it can be assumed that someone with the avoid on is actively avoiding being found while someone with the avoid off cares less.

while that doesn't imply a drone can find anyone anywhere, maybe it can make the drone more likely to do so (aka: make it purely depend on what the drone is capable of as giving actual skill checks against the target).

I meant a magical locate, as per part of Kit's post. She's suggesting both droid and magical location be affected by the proposed avoid/allow.

Yes, that's what I meant.
