GLANCE now details if an item has something to be read on it; it also tells if something is for sale and how much.
GLANCE and GET will now read more like the banking verbs with comma seperated numbers, e.t.c.

| APPRAISE should now tell you if you can SIT/LAY/KNEEL on an object. This is especially good for uh...buying furniture. For like...the home. And stuff. |

Added the ability to use a waterproofing kit to make comms work underwater. These are rare and will not be sold cheap when/if they are sold. But one such comm is available for sale _somewhere_.
Also added the ability to see if a comm is waterproof when appraising. |

Homes will no longer display roomsmell info unless there is a custom smell to the room.

* Made some minor changes to how elevator messaging works (nothing you'll notice anywhere except the LACAD for now).
* Made a change to ROOMSMELLS so that rooms with no special smell to them no longer print a message. |
