Who thinks Guardians should be able to wear cybergear? I think it should be like the no-armor no-weapon deal. To my understanding I believe Guardians are pure? And are meant to stay whole? Then again, could be wrong. But eh. _________________ "In view of the fact that God limited the intelligence of man, it seems unfair that he did not also limit his stupidity."

They're able to get it now. It depletes essence and whatnot, just like it does for everyone else. But with sigils coming out, lower essence = fewer sigils a Guardian can have prepared at a given time.
Personally, I think it should be left to the Guardian's descretion if s/he should get cybergear. If they feel weak, let them beef themselves up. It balances itself out since they're made weaker in another area.

I have cyber hands right now and it shows in my essence. When the essence has more impact on my performance, then I'd get rid of them.
I do see your point about asking whether a guardian should be allowed to have cybergear. I think it has helped me though during the early growing stages. I also wear light armor gauntlets because they are ultrarares with significant unarmed bonus. Sort of a tease to a guardian, isn't it?
I would rather have the option, and there be consequences to the decision. |

I'd rather they not be able to, but I'm aware that you currently can. I can't see their personal code realistically shun weapons and armor but not cybergear. |
