Pets can be given as gifts in wrapped boxes! They can be mailed to friends and family! You can even shove em in lockers so long as they're in a box. Stop animal cruelty today! _________________ "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" -- Adam Savage

A pet that's going to starve to death is a really strange gift. |

I don't know if it's been changed, but you can also put them in trash bins and they'll be deleted.
Don't ask how I know.

That's not as funny as when Josie put her pets in her portable crucible! _________________ ** The phrase "break a leg" just wasn't ambitious enough for Mellie Knight. [8:31 pm]

You guys won't be doing that when you hear your pets' death squeals. And losing $350k-$500k.. that's quite a chunk of money to just "throw away". Plus the fact that all of these pets are limited-edition, that's gotta make you guys feel really good about killing them in the trash bins and putting them in mailboxes and crucibles. _________________ Something wicked this way comes... |

And starving should kill them too. It'll make people actually USE the pet thing...but I think that going idle should pause pet starvation...just to be fair to the people that don't log out. _________________ "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" -- Adam Savage

Due to the neglect some pets are still receiving. I regret to say that pet deaths due to starvation will become a reality in the near future. If a pet is left to starve for 48 hours, it will die and it won't be a nice thing to experience. Reviving won't be possible either. |
Honestly, I'm not sure we need to take every precaution to remain "fair" to people who stay in, whether it be to hear announcments or drain. Maybe there are just some consequences to going afk for 48 straight hours? |

Yeah, I don't see why there should be another perk to staying idle in game for hours at a time. It's not fair to the people who don't. If you can't be there to take care of your pet, you shouldn't have it. _________________ ** The phrase "break a leg" just wasn't ambitious enough for Mellie Knight. [8:31 pm]

If it's 48 hours then it's not a big deal at all. _________________ "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" -- Adam Savage

i made a suggestion about allowing people to feed starving pets and depending on how long the pet has been left starving for will result in the pet seeing the feeder as a good kind hearted person who they feel compelled to follow home...... i know my shaggy would follow anyone home if i left her to starve for 48hours while i rested against a tree and allowed my learning to drain |
