I could have sworn a read a post from Trevor regarding decreased prep and cast times for mages with a side note it would apply to psionics as well. I am pretty little and lack large numbers of psionic abilities, but ive not noticed any changes. My most common abilities would be paralyze and Piercing Stare and I still recieve 4/8 on both. Am I too young to have the Psionic abilities changed? Are mage spells less/more? Any insight would help. Trevor?
Thanks in advance guys(gals)!

I have not altered the invoke and other times on many psi abilities at this point because those abilities have not been rewritten for the new skills system yet. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

That would explain it! Am I led to believe that they are planed for reduction in general as well or is that up in the air?

the prep wait time for psi attacks is 8 seconds, whlie the mage ones are now 5.
ripple/gust/shockwave are low because they're new, i believe. _________________ A bright-eyed Thekko Ku Kalla dressed in a dapper sailor suit takes to flight and careers through the air toward the Modan Kucho and slams into him!

I'm actually going to go through all the times and balance them according to their effects and damage, as well as power cost.
I'm a little more inclined to go easy on prep time if I know the spell/power has a high focus cost and thus can't be chain casted all over hell ad creation. Still, power needs at least some throttling, too. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

Great to hear, thanks for the thought and time Trevor.

Closing your eyes, you begin to draw into your mind and invoke the Psychic Sight power.

Most of our 'boosters' stick for a bit, so I could see lower preps for them.(Especially considering we can't cast them on others)
One thing that I'd like to see gone is the 5 second RT that occurs whenever Attune Eyesight wears off. It's vaguely annoying.

Would love to see even a split between the prep times of my current abilities and the examples given. Granted, I have some of those, but focusing them is well..not wise.
