You begin peer at the Ruga' Sshliss through a matte black red-dot sniper scope on a scale-model TG23-X field rifle.
Roundtime: 4 sec.
The Ruga' Sshliss seems to be terrified of you and flees!
You relax and stop aiming.
You detect an unusual smell and notice a hazy mist billowing forth from the ceiling above you. You quickly realize this must be poison gas! You attempt to stumble out of the area quickly.
[Temple Ruins, Temple of the Serpent]
The spiral passage ends abruptly at a stone barricade, blocking off the end of the corridor. A few carvings remain intact on the wall, showing the large serpent from the previous sculptures bound in chains.
You also see a stone barricade.
You notice an exit leading east.
You writhe in agony as the deadly poison in your body courses through your veins.
Roundtime: 4 sec.
You are struck by a sudden spell of dizziness as the poison in your body races through you.
Roundtime: 13 sec.
The world spins around you, causing you to reel to the ground! |

I'll fix this so he does not flee. Did you lose your chance to kill him for a month as a result?
Edit: You dork. You posted in two topics. Well I'll see if this counted as your once a month encounter, but I don't think it would have. If it did, I'll correct.

it never occured to me to try until i rifted back to town due to that gas bomb thing hitting me.
i'll have someone drag me up there tomorrow night to test things out.
just that the whole string of events was funny.
thing runs, i gawk, and then because it was gone the gas thing chucked me around, heh. it was an amusing chain of events.

heh, well this was more for a laugh. the fact that the giant cloud just wooshed in and got me right after it ran.  i didn't want to leave it just here though in the event the joke folder isn't read as closely as the other ones.
