I'm assuming the only way to figure out how to make something is to assemble random parts until something works? |

No. Appraise it and you'll find out. _________________ "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" -- Adam Savage

I was actually trying to figure out how to start it because it wasn't working for me. Appraising does nothing before you begin assembling, but..thanks. |

Comms and droidlights are casing first, flashlights are tubes/pipes. _________________ "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" -- Adam Savage

The only thing I would suggest to make this better is to add the adjective used in the first component into the tap of the finished product.
For instance, I used a camouflage casing when I made my first comm. I think the finished product (as it was only decent) should be a decent camouflage communicator.
Or, I used an etched steel pipe to make a flashlight. The finished product should be a "study etched steel flashlight". Just gives it more personality, I think. _________________ Why use logic when you can just...make stuff up? |

I suggested that this morning in another thread.

Done (about the new adjectives).
If you wanna know where the comm is worn, just appraise it. _________________ Something wicked this way comes... |

yeah, can't say i'm a fan of seeing where it's worn in the tap. makes the name of the item too awkward and long. _________________ A bright-eyed Thekko Ku Kalla dressed in a dapper sailor suit takes to flight and careers through the air toward the Modan Kucho and slams into him!

The flood light in the blue workroom seems to have disappeared. |

Hee, they all disappeared. Looks like they all got removed by the workshop-cleaners.
They're all back now. Oddly enough, the yellow workroom still had its flood light.. no one likes that room? _________________ Something wicked this way comes... |

Just an FYI, if there's ever a lineup for the rooms, don't hog them. _________________ Something wicked this way comes... |

I don't think there's enough of us. Kit, Zap and Kari all share one. _________________ "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" -- Adam Savage

I'm not sure why anyone would absolutely have to work alone, either; I'm sure if all the rooms were rented you could walk into a couple of them. |
