I thought champs were 80-90. Effectively because they are 'smarter' than the average critter.

then that explains why one kicked my ass in one hit even more.

for some reason a level 50 artisan isn't meant to fight there!

If I recall correctly, 'smarter' only means they enter 'well balanced' or even better. Mickey posted somewhere. Even so, them being level 80-90, spawning well balanced or above makes them pretty powerful.

ya know, they could probaly generate with no balance and still kick yaru's ass, heh.
