i posted this before, but i think it was buried under other wonderful ideas.

when someone SPELLSONGS, they get a list of what they know plus this:

Code:
You are presently under the effect of: Mender's Verse.

i would love if we could get something like that for spells and psionics we have on us. it's hard to tell if things like trance, static cloak, and other things are on.

You did, and it was here, for future reference.

Morgana did that, and it's here, with a response from Trevor. For people with linkophobia, she was asking if we could get some sort of timer that would let us know when spells would wear off, and also if we could see all our active spells.

Here's what Trevor said, in case you don't like clicking:

Right now, no. In fact, the magic system was unfortunately not written in a way that would make it easy to discern when a spell would wear off (though just determining what spells are on you would be much easier).

So... I can't tell if he means that just seeing the active spells is possible or not right now. I know I wasn't helpful at all just now, but I do so enjoy linking to old threads.

Yes, determining which spells/psi are active on you would be relatively easy for me to pull off. I just have to decide which approach I want to take with it and implement it.
