The <SNIPE> verb has been released for Trackers and Agents levels 35 and up.
A few details:
You must be stalking and fully aiming to stalk.
Trackers can only snipe in the wilderness, but can use both rifles and bows.
Each successive attempt at sniping will increase the chance that you get caught. This effect will slowly cooldown over time.
Getting caught will prevent you from being able to snipe for a time. When you do get your ability back, you will snipe with extremely reduced skills (thus increasing the chance you'll quickly be caught again).

stalk as
You are already following an asapi.
aim as
You're already aiming at that.
An asapi squawks loudly at nothing in particular.
snipe as
You can't snipe with that weapon.
