can exceptional craftsmanship goods be artisan made only? sure, it's slightly greedy to want them artisan only, but it's something extra and i can see artisans being able to perfectly make these things.

I have to agree with you on "Artisans would be great at it" But I also have to disagree and say that with their triple train craftsmanship and tailoring not to mention skinning that Trackers should have that ability too were it profession based.
Just something to keep in mind

ah, didn't know they triple trained tailoring and craftsmanship. it makes sense, though, if trackers then get it, too.

I think Artisans should be the only ones able to make capped (even with exceptional skins) containers. Maybe Trackers can get close, like within 10 pounds or so, but yeah.
