Is there a way to add cards and letters to the photo album system please? I have a bunch that I want to keep and the way the photo album stores them is just fine as long as I can still read them.

Or.. scrap book? Didn't someone mention that once before? I don't remember.

You know how some girls are, we just gotta keep the old love letters. Wink

Albums: Sticker and trading card albums to go with photo albums

Changes: Letting us remove photos from photo albums...same with stickers and trading cards so we can trade.

I really don't think they can do that. Once you put a photo in the album it becomes 'one' with the album. This is one reason I'd like to put my cards and letters in it, to reduce the volume in my vault. The photo becomes a coded part of the album look.

Seems like what you want to do is more of a 'shoebox' type thing where the cards/photos are still loose.

What about bundling? Or vials? Or other things like that? I was thinking of making albums like containers, yes. I never bought a photo album because I want to still have lee-way with my pictures.

those count each item in them as a seperate item for the vault.

While anything is possible, photos are much more unique than skins bundled (which don't combine into one item as mentioned) or vials which only track a quantity since all vials are the same.

While it would seem appropriate to say, "Hey all you need is a little time and voila! Removable photos!", this is also true for a bazillion other things. Of the suggestions made that aren't implemented to date, most of them (by far) are because of the time involved, not because we dislike the idea.

I will be the first to say that I know nothing -- at all -- about coding this sort of stuff. I don't mind if these silly ideas are never used...this sort of stuff is all fluff, not important systems. I just like sharing my ideas is all and it's pretty cool when they do come out. I'm sure a lot of frivilous systems -- like having photo albums -- take up a lot of time better spent on things that everyone can enjoy.

Thanks though, Trevor and the rest of you guys. I really enjoy everything you put into HR.

Thank you for the feedback Trevor. My request to be able to add cards and letters to the photo album system is with the understanding that they would not be removable again, but readable in the album much like you can examine a photo now. Under those conditions is this possible without it being a major undertaking? I too will freely admit I know little to nothing about coding so I don't know what's possible.

To be honest, I'm not sure since I'm familiar with the technical aspects of neither the albums or photos. This is one of those suggestions that sounds reasonable, but something I'd personally leave to Valla (as heir of sorts to this system), or one of the other staff who would like to take it on.
