How is it that all weapons, armor, clothing etc. in HR can fit anyone? The same jacket can fit a 4' tall Alteri just fine, he can take it off and hand it to an 11' Jaddan and he can slip right into it. It must be. . .magic.

It's because of this:

If we coded for player genders/races/builds/heights/weights on all clothing and armor...you guys would rarely get anything...and when clothing DID get released, you'd be saying, "Well what about the overly tall and kinda thin Alteri females?" etc.

Of course, you already knew this and just had to post silliness anyway.

Idea (shamelessly ripped and restructured from one of my old favorite games):

Store-bought clothing/wearables are automatically sized to you; conversely, such articles thus won/found/traded would need resized/refitted by an alterer at the expense of materials/textiles/components to do so (tailoring fees or "tips" notwithstanding), with potential chance of mishap.

Maybe while tailoring some clothing, you'd have the option to specify who exactly you're making it for. That way the system can automatically and gather the gender and race and height and build needed, not to mention it keeps the Artisan from having to remember everything.

This means, yes, I like Mickey's thiefing abilities.

Though with the new exp roll out and sufficient skills Artisans will be able to tailor race specific clothing.
