For those that celebrate it, I hope you have a very happy holiday tomorrow. I won't be around today, because being 13 hours ahead of EST, it's already that time here. Smile

Now, back to cooking!

Have a good Thanksgiving!

There is one family in Nottinghamshire who's arm is being twisted by a yank to have turkey twice this year. Wink

Stuffing.

I make the best stuffing (thanks to my grandmother's "secret" recipe).

Heh I just started cooking now at 1pm. Got a small turkey(9lb). Will take about 3-4 hours.

EDIT:
My favorite dish is yams with marshmallows.

I am not joking.

You purchase a silbein block for $20 in credits.
You don't know how to carve a turkey.
You sigh.

Sad

And neither does my father. There's this old poem: "When Daddy Carves the Duck." It ends up with the family peeling meat from the walls to put on their plates. That sums it up.

Ok so it's not food, but my favorite thing is the gravy.

Yanno...I never EVER touch the turkey. Ever. Turkey is only for sandwiches tommorrow.
