He does well in class. I do well and I finish my tests fast as well (I'm usually one of the first people done too  ), but not within 10 minutes like him. It's simply astounding.

Feed him fried chicken before the test so he gets grease on the test paper and makes his pen slip around and stuff.
That'll teach him to finish his test in a more than timely manner.
