Exxy has graciously given the go ahead for me to start planning this real life gathering for next summer.While planning is still in the preliminary stages alot of people have expressed interest and it looks to be a fun time for everyone attending.
For those who have never attended an event of this type before,it will be an actual convention,a hotel(yet to be determined) will be contacted and a block of rooms for those travelling to the con will be reserved at a reduced price.It will be up to the attendee to contact the hotel and confirm their visit as well as make payment arrangements.
At this stage in planning, a schedule of events is being work on but we hope to offer a dinner,a costume contest,maybe some door prizes,Eaxia and Haelrahv merchandise and a souvenir t-shirt of the first ever RPGCon.More information will be posted as it comes available
If anyone has any suggestions or ideas for things they would like to see at the con or to volunteer their help in this massive undertaking please contact me at the below mentioned email address or via aim at lordraventhorne.
At the present time im asking all those who would like to come to email me at darcrogue@comcast.net and provide your player name,contact info(email and aim) as well as the city and state you live in so we can determine a central location for the event.

I've never been super-keen on the idea of meeting online peoples in RL... It kinda makes you lose the magic. I think conventions are cool...esspecially the smaller ones! Anime ones are at least cooler when they're little. ^.^ That is the only time I drive for 13 hours straight. Woo!

About location: This isn't an "official" convention in that neither Pete/Exxy or I are organizing it. In fact, we're not totally sure we would be attending (but hey, it does sound fun and it would be cool if we are able to do so!).

That said, I don't think it's necessarily going to be anywhere near the servers.

Only way I would be able to go, a firm date and place will have to be in place by the end of January, noone senior to me at work takes that week before I can, its during a very few weeks there is no school for me,I manage to scrimp enough money up for it, and it isnt all the way in Fl...translation, Id like to but it aint looking good
