What can we craft that has durability? Right now the only stuff I know of (that relates to artisans) that can wear out are knives when whittling and stones when sharpening.

For the most part this bonus doesn't exist yet. It will eventually. However the bonus for your tools does. For instance, sewing kits last longer.

You mean just because an artisan is holding a sewing kit when they tailor it, that sewing kit will last longer then an identical one say a tracker would be using?

The stones shouldn't be wearing out, the knife you're sharpening can if you mess up. But in addition to the knives, the detailing tools also count the durability bonus

oooo, so now I don't mind always using my altered sharpening stone.
