Will monsters ever be susceptible to this rule? Also, destroying their hands causing them to drop their weapons/shields etc.

It's something I'm hoping to get to, though it would take a good deal more changes than it did to do the same for players.

You mean offenseless? Most creatures can still bite Id think. . .even though PC's cant bite.

Basically, if you remove every limb required by the creature for each attack, it will be unable to attack. Of course, that means you have to kill it before it runs away.
