What are the factors in which roundtimes are lessened, if they are? Such as..

1) Loading/Aiming with Ranged weapons
2) Attacking with Melee weapons
3) Spell Preperation (for both the RT of prep and the duration in which it takes the spell to prepare)
4) Scouting
5) Foraging
6) Hiding/Stalking
7) Anything else you can think of...

I wasn't sure if they were skill based, stat based, or level based. Or if any of them fluctuate at all. I know things like armor.. as far as putting them on, the RT is lessened when you have more skill in the armor type.. wasn't sure if that type of thing is applicable for all.

Thanks!

Melee weapons go down as skills and stats (coord for one-hand, strength for two-hand, I believe) increase. I don't know about loading, but I don't think aiming ever goes down. It may depend on the weapon, though. Hiding/stalking goes down as skill and agility (I believe) increase.

Don't know about the rest, though.

in magic preping proficiency but that's a mage only spell if i recall correctly. Other than that and a little with quick potion. Quick potion knocks it down 1 and proficiency knocks it down to 2. The prep time is down half with proficency from 8 seconds to 4. And stays the same with quickness on prep time.

Oh yeah scout quick helps a bit cuts it down in half.

You become one with the shadows and disappear from sight.
Roundtime: 2 sec.

Its all about the skill, course I dont get RT when stalking because im special.

I would think RT should be determined also by how much encumbrance you have i.e. what all your wearing, carrying, etc. as well as what you're wielding and the type of attack you are using. But I know that the level you are at must determine your RT as well. Is this not true?

Just a bit of a correction, strength and coord both help RT redux, but strength helps 2handers more and coordination helps 1handers more.

Hmm....What about guns that require both hands like rifles/shotguns/gridguns?

One cannot train down firing RT for fired weapons. It's already one second for most weapons anyway.

Can all second weapons be reduced to one extra second of RT?

I thought I read somewhere that roundtimes can be reduced to 1/2 of their original time (without bonuses), but I'm not sure how that works for second weapons.

Dual-wielding though with lots of coordination can get you alot below half though....I know I was able to get my secondary aefike down to one second . Granted I have some massive coordination (was down to one a good while before I had over 110). Also, if it is possible to get all secondary weapons down to one second extra, do they all take the same amount of coordination to reduce them that much?

You can get the off-hand weapon down to one second. As you train coordination, the RT for your off-hand weapon decreases by a percentage, so at some point you'll have enough coordination to make ANY off-hand weapon 1 sec RT, yes.

So, when you pummel, is that like using a second weapon? Because I'll get a 1 sec RT for that, sometimes...
