Being someone who lives on the isle of mist, i end up dealing with the borking settlers as the hunters still whoop my hide; only level 14. As for the boxes, it all depends one day i got 4 + items, ranging from +2 to swimmin, or... (checks), umm an amulet that's good for focus which i gave away, a nightstick that gave +1 to strength, an asapi pin, and on and on.. my percep's only like a 33 for now, and unlike most, who stop when their mind fills, i got till my pack, cache and an other container i find is full. When i was in workers is when i found my first amulet for focus, and ever since then, i think i was like level 7 or 8, i've been getting good stuff all the time, least to me, but i'm rather simple and easy to please. As for how some stuff drops the same type of item, it does discourage me a bit, as i was hoping that the hunter boxes that i did get would have more then leg guards, etc in them for the trouble they are to kill. Although, something is better then nothing.
Now who do we beg to about more critters to kill... _________________ When walking through the woods when you feel the hairs rise on the back of your neck, that's me hunting you |

There are many critters to kill around your level. You might have to go find them tho. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

Yep, over time you will move toward the evil side. Of course you can do things to move toward the good side to counter that, too. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

Are those the things that are... umm.. down that trail or something in the Alteri sector? I forgot what they were called, but they're in that one place. Yeah.
And hooray for new good things! *hopes for a high-level one* |

I hope this gets noticed here. I was wondering if the potion amounts that are found in boxes could be tampered with a bit. Right now all Ive ever found in a box was a vial of elixir of night and vial of potion of might. But the vials only have 1 dose. . I understand a vial is fairly small but maybe the number of doses could be increased for harder boxes. Instead of finding a vial with one dose in a kucho box, could be like 10 or 20 doses. _________________ It is better to be pissed off than pissed on. |

What I dont get is that, you find it as a vial, you hold it and it says vial, but when you drink it, it turns into a flask! Must be the hallucigenic part of the potion that's making me see a flask. Heh. _________________ Lick or Be Licked |

I'll consider it, but those were intended to be just a little help, not a means to realistically keep potions stocked. I don't know if you want them to sell or use, but they were more geared for casual use than anything else. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

10 or 20 doses in a vial? I'd rather they be changed to flasks of the potion in that case (for high-ended baddies only), if only for the sake of believability. I can understand the doses in a vial ranging from 1 to 5... with decreasing probability the higher the dosage.
Maybe we could persuade Trevor to put more than just those two types of potions into the system? Maybe?

Well, then again the vials aren't the strongest ones out there, either. _________________ A bright-eyed Thekko Ku Kalla dressed in a dapper sailor suit takes to flight and careers through the air toward the Modan Kucho and slams into him!

Valid point, although that still cuts out all the low-moderate level mages that could be making potions for you, or you making your own at lower skill levels. Plus nightvision in particular doesn't have a potency effect, skill only augments duration, which would be overridden by having more doses available. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato
