Do the skills 'intimidation' and 'persuasion' factor into casting will spells like paralyze and blindness? I mean do those skills help at all?

No. They may be used in fear spells (I am not certain if Drums of Fear uses intim. off hand)... but not in blind/paralyze.

Would there be a way to teleport objects to someone , you know the lazy man's way of giving stuff without having to actually go to the post office or handing out their hand.
