|
|
I'm noticing an average loss of one point of stam per shot fired per gun
so basically im losing 6 points of stam per using two guns firing three times each
im not the only person noticing this Mellie has suffered stam loss as well
is this a bug or a set thing?
im noticing less stam loss from using my vibro-sabre which doesnt make sense since it's a melee weapon and my cannons are pulse
swinging a sword vs pulling a trigger
kinda weird |

Ive noticed that too. . . .dont think pulling a triger should cause stamina loss. . . maybe a tiny amount from recoil .. .though im not sure how pulse works in that respect. .. what is pulse anyways? _________________ It is better to be pissed off than pissed on. |

from the way i understand it pulse is similar to a laser...it's an electrical attack i do know for sure.
I could understand stam loss from the heat of the pulse emissions but that is a bit quick of a loss
never really noticed it before today because fatigue didnt affect combat as much but i got reamed by a few settlers so i started paying attention heh |

I may tweak it some, but there is more involved in firing a weapon than standing there and pulling a trigger. You have to aim, reposition yourself, etc. Aside from that, every weapon/attack *needs* some stamina drain, for sake of balance. However, you don't lose stamina on *every* shot, and the less fatigued you are, the less often you lose fatigue. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

tested it just after reading your post lost 6 points in 6 shots from 100% stam
then i waited till full stam fired and lost 3 points on the intial two shots (dual wielding pulse) and lost two on the second round. |
