I'm fighting eraesha right now and I'm finding it pretty difficult to fill my pool because there really aren't many eraesha around. That, or I just can't find them in this blasted forest maze. Anyway, I was curious as to whether it's better to try to kill something real fast, or if you can get a decent amount of xp from slowly killing something and letting it attack you for a while. |

You receive experience per hit based on your skills and stats vs. those of the opponent. So yes, dragging out a fight can help get experience quicker if you are having trouble finding things to kill.
As for eraesha, all these creatures should have basically the same spawn rate, only modified by the number of people in the area. So, I doubt they have any special level of rarity, but the lack of people around there may be a problem. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

I see.... now, when you say per hit, what does that mean with gridguns? Do you gain xp every time is says "... another shot hits!"? |

Ah no, per action not per actual hit. Also hit is misleading because misses also provide experience (possibly less than hits, I don't recall off hand). _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato
