Updated. For those unaware what each pulse ammo type is:
Pulse: Standard pulse weapon round, fully resisted by any armor, spell, etc that provided electrical resistance.
Ionic: Lower power pulse round, unaffected by armor, spells, etc that provide electrical resistance. Best used on highly armored targets as it will just be a low power pulse weapon on unarmored ones.
Multiphase: Mid-range damage pulse round, partially affected by armor, spells etc that provide electrical resistance.
