Not sure if this has been brought up before (I didn't see any reports in this folder), but I aimed at a warrior, fired as soon as the RT was up, and got this:

Focused intently, you fire a black metal gridgun with silver accents at a borkin warrior. With little resistance, you land a strong hit to his right foot as a borkin warrior fails to dodge the attack.
A borkin warrior reels and falls flat on his back!
... another shot hits!
A borkin warrior exhales one last time and falls still.
Turning a bad shot into a disastrous one, you fire a black metal gridgun with silver accents at a borkin warrior. As expected, he dodges the attack easily.
[You are fairly well balanced, healthy, and well rested.]
Roundtime: 1 sec.

Note that the warrior dodges after it falls still, heh. Oh, also, there was only the one warrior in the room. And a berserker.

Bug, the second attack should not even occur. I'll check it out.

Looking again here, and I'm a little confused. I don't see a roundtime after your first hit, and gridguns are two-handed so they have to be separate cases.

The only good explanation I can offer is lag. The only solution I could offer is a longer RT on shots. Wink With one second shot time, you could theoretically queue up another shoot command that runs after the first shot but before the process of it 'dying' is done.

You can't shoot dead stuff, and additional shots or second weapons (both of which we know are not factors here due to the messaging and weapon being used) also don't even try to hit dead stuff.
