What can I do to put a percentage into my blunt, piercing, and slashing resistances without having to spell up.

The only way to affect those resistances is magic, psi, spellsongs, alchemy, being a Guardian, being Jaddan, and armor, which adds to those resists on specific body areas and therefore does not show in INFO.
