Just a thought that came up while talking to Dag just a minute ago.

Stat Training Points, as we all know, are very valuable and in a way a true commodity for each character. We also know that the training costs are slightly.. well.. screwy and, yes, I'm aware that it's being looked into. In fact, I think Trevor said something about possibly giving Humans one or two modifiers to try and balance out their high training costs in the beginning. My idea kind of spawned from that.

Would it be possible to grant Humans, based on their profession, their stat modifiers? Nothing dramatic as a -/+ 3, but maybe a few -1s and +1s scattered across the board that would play to their profession's advantage. Example, for a Human Guardian (since I'm biased like that):

Code:

Attribute          Cost 
Agility            NEUTRAL
Charisma           -1
Coordination       -1 
Intellect          NEUTRAL
Mentality          NEUTRAL
Perception         +1     
Strength           NEUTRAL
Vitality           +1


Something like that would be nice, yes. This comes, of course, from the old RP cliche that Humans are possibly the most adaptable race around. <shrug> Flame at will.

I actually have something in mind that will totally balance out Humans without using modifiers.
