Definitely. Hunting has a huge curve on it, and said curve needs some work. But definitely. Treasure gets better and better, and skins are VERY valuable later in life if you train that skill (and appropriate stats help too). It's one of those slow building things though.
Training perception will greatly enhance money found on creatures that bear it, as well. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

Skinning relies primarily on that skill and coordination. Coordination is a measure of how well you work with your hands. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

Any chance we'll be seeing harder/better paying creatures during the test than there are currently? Or are there some no one has found yet?

Trevor stated in an earlier post that you'll need to be more perceptive.

There are currently 31 designed and ready critters, of which you have seen less than a third so far. Most of those you have not seen carry boxes and loot. There are three grades of loot in the test and so far the critters available only have grade one but as we add more of those 31 creatures to the game (when they have homes essentially) you will begin to have the better paying stuff available. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

I haven't seen one of those since Trevor put in this new critter spawning system to reduce the lag, but they seemed a little easier than the chith before I leveled. <shrug>

Chith are not the hardest creatures.

Right now, the highest level creatures are the large hatul, if I'm not mistaken. You can get to those in the sewers if you want. |
