There's a perfect curve but the first several levels are unusually easy. |

The curve plateaus somewhere in the middle so that late levels aren't insanely long. |

A really weird curve where it gets hard, then easier, then harder... |

I'd like your thoughts on the "curve" of advancing levels and such. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

I would say the second one. Just because I personally like getting a 'feel' for classes before choosing which one I would like to pursue for the rest of the character's inhumanely long life.
With 30,000 exp needed just to get to level 2, it's amazingly difficult to get any grasp on character development, it's difficult (but not impossible) to decide on a type of roleplay to go with that character, and you really just can't get into the groove of things in general.
With a smaller exp requirement for the first five to ten levels, people can generally get a feel for how the class is played, and if needed, they can still tweak skills/stats. I mean, right now, I spend an hour making sure exactly what I want to train stat wise, just so I know I'll have a good set up down the line. That's really wasted time, seeing as how I could spend that time proactively RPing or hunting (gags). |

I like the current one. These last few levels are seeming insanely long however |

As they're supposed too... And actually, there is no "Last couple levels" Theoretically. _________________ >ask librarian about books
