Ummm...this is a really funky soundin question, but as a female alteri, I must know! Like... would a female alteri have similar differences from males as humans or... are they all thin and short and stuff and it seems to be a race thing that you can just tell when somebody's a guy or girl. ::grins:: I"m curious! _________________ "I don't suffer from Insanity. The differences between male and female Alteri are very slight and very few non-Alteri would really notice them. The style of dress etc is more of an indication. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

::nods:: Okies. That's the way I kinda figured it was. ::grins:: Later, when things are moving along better and all that, will there be plans to create perhaps race specific clothes? I don't know that some of these clothes would be too comfy for an Alteri. ::coughCorsette!coughs:: Oh! And while I'm at it, for the benefit of my brother who bugged me the entire plane ride home ("Why does he have four fingers! He's only supposed to have three! Why is he wearing clothes? He's not supposed to have a nose!") Fingers and toes! How many? ::grins:: I wonder about things too much. ::Nods:: _________________ "I don't suffer from Insanity. I enjoy every minute of it." |

There are actually a few race specific clothes around right now. Lumis silk is highly revered by the Eolai and it is extremely offense to them to be wearing any if you are not an Eolai. It's also very, very expensive, so it's somewhat of a mark of status to be wearing it.
There are some garments for sale in the Jaddan Sector which were traditionally worn by that race available to buy right now. There should also be a clothing shop in each sector, though what's in there may not be exclusive examples of what the race usually wears, it may help get some idea.
Do keep in mind that humans have influenced the styles of the younger generations quite a bit since their arrival on Haelrahv, though. |

Four fingers per hand (incl. thumb) and four toes per foot. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato
