Stealth pays off here....hide while retreat makes it sooooo much easier.

I was under the impression that retreating/advancing while hidden actually took longer.

No stealth for my Trooper, though, even if it would make things easier. Razz

Are you speaking of the time it takes to retreat or your chance to successfully do so?

Umm. Both? Hehe.

Should have also clarified: The log was meant to show how once I was retreated from one creatured, I'd stop retreating...even though there were others still on me, preventing me from leaving the room.

I imagine this is something that is already known, but just in case.

A brinebone scourge reaches melee range and stops advancing on you.

You should stand first.

I totally missed your point at first and am now editing my post - after I hit submit I realized "duh, she probably means I can't stand in water."

I'll check that out.

But on that note, I've received some reports of NPC's advancing and what not while they're stunned or not standing and this isn't intended. As for the retreating issue, what I'm going to look at doing is adding a very brief delay when you reach missile with everything where you can't be advanced on for a couple of seconds. I might add in something else where if you have high tactics this kicks in (for a slightly longer duration) when you have everything at pilum.

Do please let me know if you see NPC's advancing or retreating while not standing. But please verify this is the case and that it isn't perhaps a different NPC in the room fooling you, too. Wink
