It seems that criminals will only be free of charges when killing them if they are in custody at the time of death.

In addition, Tshar didn't recieve any murder charges while gunning down Gabriel in CC.

I think Troopers should have some amount of RT moving room to room with somone in custody. It kinda defeats the whole point of being able to resist arrest using unarmed when anytime they move a room you have to advance all over again, as it is with Journey you have very little time to react.

Rikiar and I are going to be discussing changes to this mechanic. I don't personally believe killing someone should absolve them of a crime.

If it doesn't, said trooper could just arrest the person again when they are stunned from getting revived, and kill them again at their liesure.

No, I believe a wanted player killed by a Trooper should be immediately hauled off to be revived and tried.
