This is a question in two parts.

1. Are some parts of the body/geared up body more likely to get hit? Or does some parts sustain more damage?

Reason I'm asking:
I only ever have to have my eyes and left hand repaired beyond the use of a basic kit. Kit ha full cyber gear. While other parts do get hit...it's nothing like the left hand and the eyes. And this isn't just a run of bad luck...it's been like this for months and months.

2. Can cyber eyes either take seperate damage depending on right/left or could they have double the 'hit points?'

Reason I'm asking:
One slight hit to the right eyes and one slight hit to the left eye = bad damage.... it's treated as two hits to the same part, even when they aren't they same part at all.

Cyber eyes don't have armor casing that can be attached to other areas.

As for the left hand spot, maybe it's just luck that they always hit there? I dunno.

I'm not even sure what kinda stats the armor casing has.

Do cyber parts have HP? Is that HP significantly higher than organic limbs/parts?

I'm sure eyes are easier to damage than the other parts, and I'm also sure that what armor casing you have on them matters, but as for which parts get hit that's just luck of the draw.

as far as i'm aware, most (all?) mobs currently out there don't actively try to hit anywhere in particular. the fact that you are getting hit a lot in the left hand is just pure coincidence.

He has a point on the eyes. For me it is always left foot and eyes and the rest of my gear is hardly ever hit.Eyes are hit every hunt and have to be repaired after every hunt but I always chalked it up to theres no protection for the eyes.

Well, it definately is the no armor...but it's also that there's a double chance to hit eyes. Right eye or left eye both damage the 'eyes.'

i remember the eye conversation happening once or twice before, and hearing that while it makes sense for there to be two seperate eyes, it's going to be a 'for live' thing.

i knew i wasn't crazy. same exact thread. Razz
