Congrats, you have a new goal! But seriously, I wanted that largest home to be extra special like, and at that cost, well no doubt it will be. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

I have about 5mil to make up. *focus* Will....do...it... Hopefully! ^.^ Definately time to break out the alchemy set again and figure out what component gets refined in what way. Yay for housing! Thanks so much Trevor! It's actually made me smilie all day. My boss asked me why I was so happy...but it's probably a little weird to say that my character can own a house soon. ^.^; _________________ "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" -- Adam Savage

Don't get too excited; we're getting the cheapest one. _________________ An eye for an eye; but my eye's worth more.

Can a home owner be both characters of a married couple or will only one character actually own the home? |

A home will only have one owner. You can elect to make your "special guest" your spouse, so that have access to the containers in the home. I actually had spouses in mind when I added that to the design list. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

I better be someone's "special guest" if I'm buying her a house... er, trailer. _________________ ** The phrase "break a leg" just wasn't ambitious enough for Mellie Knight. [8:31 pm]

Will fishing be all one kind in the homes that can have fishing. In other words, will it all be fresh water fishing? _________________ All explorers are seeking something they have lost. You'll be able to choose fresh or salt water. The actual fish contained within will be random and you'll be able to restock the water (basically remove all the fish and and a new set of random fish, in this case) at will.
I should note that adding fishing, restocking it, adding labs/workshops, adding imaging, etc all are extra one-time fees. Adding extra rooms (if your home allows it) also has a fee associated. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

1) is it possible to buy the land where the 12.5mil house will go, and slowly build it as opposed to plunking the whole 12.5mil at once?
2) artisans and furniture? will it be ready when houses are?
3) what kinds of labs will be available? alchemy, tanning, gem cutting, gadget, and anything else? can artisans have a 'library' installed that allows them to research and restore items? _________________ A bright-eyed Thekko Ku Kalla dressed in a dapper sailor suit takes to flight and careers through the air toward the Modan Kucho and slams into him!

I don't know about 1 or 3, but I can grab 2 for you:
Heeeeeeell no.
We didn't even know this was coming until last night, so with everything else on mine and Valla's respective to-do lists, furniture was the farthest blip off our radar. _________________ Mickey Brunner
