so if vit lets you hold your breath longer and manager air better (or whatever), should people with good vit get a bonus to how long the air in the oxygen units lasts? _________________ A bright-eyed Thekko Ku Kalla dressed in a dapper sailor suit takes to flight and careers through the air toward the Modan Kucho and slams into him!

I bugged this in game, but thought I'd put it here:
Kit was wearing two oxygen tanks. One had an hour left, the other three hours. When the first ran out (that's why I was wearing two), I didn't automatically start using the second. However, the meter on the second ran down to two hours left! I wasn't even using that one! _________________ "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" -- Adam Savage

I really think that would likely make the issue of underwater breathing too trivial. You do get the "breath bonus" if you stop using your oxygen tank (like if it runs out), but I think if having a few hours on a tank isn't sufficient, people probably have their expectations a bit high.

Ugh. Yeah, I could see this happening. I try to foresee these various possibilities, but somehow overlooked this one. I'll note it to correct, but unfortunately, it's a rather tricky issue and unless I'm overlooking an easy solution, it will take some time and work to fix. I'd recommend just using one tank at a time for now, and if you carry a spare, surface, swap out and then go back under. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

fair enough, not like this would have helped me any, what with my vit and all _________________ A bright-eyed Thekko Ku Kalla dressed in a dapper sailor suit takes to flight and careers through the air toward the Modan Kucho and slams into him!
