Is there something screwy with ftp'ing to the server? I can't get it to work.

I updated the news section for the tech site all right. Though, I honestly haven't tried to upload anything in a bit...but it worked all right.

I've occasionally - very occasionally, had issues with ftp, but usually if I wait like 30 seconds (about the length of time of a character save) and try again, it works.
