So, I just finished the 20th level quest with one of my characters. And I noticed that, after gaining the 15k experience reward, he didn't gain the stat and skill training points that he normally would've gained.
I'm not sure if this is an intended feature or just a system oversight. I thought I'd post about it and make sure whoever needs to be aware is made aware if they weren't already.

You'll need to drain some experience to catch up, probably. That is, any amount of experience.
