Just something minor. . .
It says you can buy as many tickets as you can afford(heh I hated it like that when I was poor in game), but you can really only buy a maximum of 5.

some people are poor and can't afford more than one ticket. 
its either 5 tickets or as high as you can afford to buy.
what time is the raffle tonight, anyway?

Heh well it USED to really be as many as you can buy. Some people would buy like 500 tickets. I like it this way more because it pretty much gives every character the same chance.
