As we get better at security, could RT be reduced?

Should I be able to whiz through chith boxes, perhaps just in the searching for traps or the lockpicking part if not the disarming?

it is an agent thing but I would still love my RT to go down a lil more with skill, paticularly on disarming

oh, don't get me wrong, i would love it too. i almost have godlike coordination so i'm not against getting lower rts for almost anything involving hands.
