i notice that exceptional hides sell more than normal ones, but items made with exceptional hides sell the same as ones made with normal hides.
is it possible for items made of all exceptional hides to be sold at a similar rate that those exceptional hides go for? _________________ A bright-eyed Thekko Ku Kalla dressed in a dapper sailor suit takes to flight and careers through the air toward the Modan Kucho and slams into him!

[01.08.05] Skins of exceptional quality will now provide increased value to projects made with them, as well as extra experience gain. Additionally, using only exceptional skins to tailor an item will result in an especially well-crafted item. In the case of containers, this will increase the capacity of that container. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

Will it be possible to exceed the 95 lb cap on backpacks if one were to use all exceptional skins?

a kashaga pelt backpack of exceptional craftsmanship
It is worn upon the back.
It looks like the backpack will hold about 108 pounds of weight.
The backpack currently holds less than one pound of items.
You have no idea what this is worth, but it looks mighty expensive.
Roundtime: 15 sec.
damn, nice. _________________ A bright-eyed Thekko Ku Kalla dressed in a dapper sailor suit takes to flight and careers through the air toward the Modan Kucho and slams into him!

Would it be possible for this update for exceptional skins to be applied to armorcrafting? To the quality, I mean.
I'm aware that Mickey and Valla can't do much in the way of amplifying protection values, but maybe you can Trevor? You know you don't want me to make Yaru give you his puppy-dog eyes.

I'm trying to imagine an Alteri giving someone puppy dog eyes. Alteri eyes are already super large and frightening...Trevor, don't make him attempt it! It'll be too scary. |

I meant the person. It can get confusing to refer to people by their real name on a game's forum, you know.

The only update they could do at this time would be weight reduction, a bonus to armor skill for that item, or quality improvement - all of which I leave up to their discretion. But also, updates I do shouldn't encroach upon their own dev schedules so whether they choose to update armorcrafting to consider the HQ skins or not, or when to do so is also up to them. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

other fun exceptional sized things!

You think a rhurgul pelt haversack of exceptional craftsmanship is basically worthless.

Quality of the armor does improve as the person gains more knowledge in the required skills needed to craft light armor. Though adding a small perk such as the ones Trevor mentioned is an excellent idea when exceptional hides are used. I will most definetly look into this further! _________________ ~Well behaved women rarely make history~
